远洋集团境外债务重组进展：预计2025年3月27日重组生效
3月25日，远洋集团（03377）发布公告，宣布境外债务重组的重大进展。
根据公告，重组生效日期预计将于2025年3月27日或前后落实，但需满足英国重组计划及香港协议安排的相关条件。公告中指出，若现有票据持有人未在截止日期前提交有效的重组计划债权人表格，其现有票据将于重组生效日期前3个营业日停止买卖。
