智通财经APP讯，中能控股(00228)公布2024年业绩，收益约3亿港元，同比减少9.6%。公司拥有人应占溢利2734.4万港元，同比减少60.7%。每股收益0.25港仙。
公告称，溢利减少主要是由于物业、厂房及设备减值拨备按年增加731.8万港元，无形资产减值拨备按年增加122.4万港元，所得税支出按年增加约780.4万港元，员工成本按年增加约171.3万港元，其他经营开支增加约1045.7万港元，及按公平价值计入损益的金融资产的公平价值亏损按年增加约607.6万港元，惟部分被使用权资产折旧按年减少约1311.7万港元及融资成本按年减少约1365.7万港元所抵销。
