集装箱制造业务方面：深度挖掘市场潜能，不断提升服务能力，着力深化产业链协同，实现全年集装箱销量同比增长 204.08%。进一步拓展“集装箱+”产品，积极攻关新产品、新材料开发，年内向新能源行业头部企业交付储能箱同比增长 123.17%;配合市场需求实现内置运车架优化，助力国家汽车出口。
集装箱租赁业务方面：箱队规模稳步拓展，成功突破 400 万 TEU，进一步稳固夯实市场地位。着力打通集装箱租、造行业界限，推动独具特色的“租造自由切换”营销模式，实现重要客户的合作深化和新客户的合作拓展，全年新增租赁订单同比增长 112.97%。同时，公司紧密贴合新贸易格局，拓展堆场资源十余家，持续优化经营网络的全球化布局。
航运租赁业务方面：产融合作实现新突破，推动航运业“租、造、运”联动，投资建造 42 艘散货船并予以出租，实现高质量船舶资产规模大幅跃升，为公司贡献长期稳定收益和现金流。2 条 700TEU 长江电动船先后投入运营，年内实现碳减排 1249 吨，打造内河绿色低碳智能航运示范。
投资管理业务方面：持续优化投资组合，调整资产结构配置。围绕航运业数字智能和绿色发展，聚焦产业链细分领域，进一步完善航运资产运作服务架构，推动产业结构升级。
