智通财经APP讯，珠光控股(01176)发布公告，于本公告日期，公司独立估值师及核数师未能完成彼等各自于2024财政年度的估值及审计工作，包括但不限于以下方面：(1)投资物业、发展中物业及完成待售物业;(2)贸易应收款项及其他应收款项的预期信贷亏损评估;(3)投资于一间联营公司(即银建国际控股集团有限公司，其股份于联交所主板上市，股份代号：0171);(4)集团综合财务报表所载若干重大项目的审计确认书。因此，年末财务报表结算过程及审计程序延迟，且核数师将未能如期完成有关集团的所有审核工作。因此，根据上市规则第13.49(1)条，集团2024年全年业绩将不会在2025年3月31日前公布。公司与核数师达成共识，在核数师完成相关审核工作后，预计将于2025年4月9日公布集团2024年全年业绩(基于集团2024财政年度的财务报表)。
