期内亏损增加乃主要由于本年度集团所占合营企业亏损(而2023年则取得所占溢利)、集团于本年度的按公平值计入损益的财务工具的公平值亏损净额(而2023年则取得公平值收益净额)、因商业物业市价下跌令固定资产作出的减值亏损拨备，以及就诉讼和解而支付的款项所致，但受本年度集团所占联营公司溢利净额所抵销。
