3月28日金融一线消息，中国人保今日召开2024年度业绩发布会。中国人保副董事长、总裁赵鹏表示，公司提出要建设世界一流保险金融集团，其中就包括创造一流的经营绩效，我们将力争中长期ROE持续优于上市同业平均水平，为股东创造更大价值。

　　在对子公司考核方面，我们重点突出六个聚焦：

　　一是聚焦服务国家战略，围绕服务实体经济、服务社会民生，推动全力做好金融“五篇大文章”，积极落实中长期资金入市方案；

　　二是聚焦业务稳健增长，更加注重发展质量，持续优化业务结构，提升可持续发展能力；

　　三是聚焦效益持续提升，坚持质量第一、效益优先，持续开展降本增效，从负债、投资两端持续发力，努力提升承保利润和投资收益贡献；

　　四是聚焦加强全面协同，从战略、业务、客户、队伍、产品、服务六个方面推进全面协同，确保业务协同增速持续高于总体保费增速；

　　五是聚焦深化改革创新，持续推进产品、服务、模式、管理创新，加大“保险+服务+科技”新商业模式推广力度，研究制定中长期考核指标；

　　六是聚焦加强风险防控，持续推进全面风险管理升级行动方案，加强重点领域风险防控，加强资产负债管理，主动应对化解人身险利差损风险，从2024年起将风险合规指标权重设为最高。
