智通财经APP获悉，晶泰控股-P(02228)今日将披露2024年财报，午后股价涨超5%，截至发稿，涨5.53%，报6.3港元，成交额2.64亿港元。
消息面上，晶泰科技昨日宣布，与美国可持续农业领域先锋企业 Kula Bio 在波士顿签署战略合作研发协议，研发服务订单达千万元人民币级别。双方将充分结合人工智能（AI）、微生物技术及自动化技术，针对干旱及沙漠地区联合开发新一代有机微生物肥料，以科技驱动农业提质增效，推动中国、中东及全球的绿色高效农业升级。此前，晶泰科技相继启动了与柒彩之心的超级作物定向培育合作，以及与恒健控股公司、寿光蔬菜集团在AI+种业领域的战略合作。
另外，公司近日发布公告称，旗下全资附属深圳晶泰科技与工业和信息化部中小企业发展促进中心于近日签署了战略合作协议，根据本次合作，双方将合作落实开展“人工智能+”行动，以前沿技术驱动持续创新，以共性技术集成对接产业落地需求，促进人工智能和机器人技术与传统产业的深度融合。
