收入增加主要由于“OMA OMA”及“OMA by the Sea”余下单位销售增加，以及逸兰铜锣湾酒店翻新后重新开业带来的收入。
撇除非现金估值亏损净额及减值拨备，股东应占核心综合溢利为9200万港元，较2023年的1.97亿港元减少1.05亿港元。减少主要由于 (i) 于2023年出售一间位于中国北京的附属公司的收益4100万港元;(ii)公司余下住宅单位的销售利润率下降导致物业发展分部溢利减少 5200万港元;及(iii) 逸兰铜锣湾酒店翻新后的开业前及重新开业支出令服务式公寓投资及管理分部亏损增加2300万港元。
