智通财经APP讯，乐思集团(02540)发布公告，于2025年1月，公司全资附属公司北京乐思创信科技有限公司(北京乐思创信)与厦门今日头条信息技术有限公司(今日头条)及重庆懂车族科技有限公司(懂车族)订立一份保证合同，据此，北京乐思创信同意以今日头条及懂车族为受益人提供一项保证，以对霍尔果斯柠檬科技有限公司(霍尔果斯柠檬)与北京乐效信息科技有限公司(北京乐效)的付款责任提供保证。霍尔果斯柠檬和北京乐效均为北京乐思创信的全资附属公司。霍尔果斯柠檬和北京乐效分别与今日头条及懂车族，就采购媒体平台上的广告位以发布移动广告而订立业务合作协议。
鉴于集团为满足客户的广告需求而采购更多媒体平台上的广告位，而该等媒体平台在北京乐思创信提供保证的前提下愿意提供对集团有利的信贷条款，因此北京乐思创信同意以今日头条及懂车族为受益人订立保证，以保证霍尔果斯柠檬和北京乐效支付采购广告位的付款责任。
