智通财经APP讯，山高控股(00412)发布公告，集团预期截至2024年12月31日止年度将取得未经审核净利润不少于人民币6.90亿元，而于截至2023年12月31日止年度则取得经审核净利润约人民币4.95亿元。
公告称，净利润增加主要归因于下列各项的净影响：上年度一笔收购联营公司的议价购买非经常性收益约人民币14.26亿元。本年度并无取得有关非经常性收益;收益大幅增加超过约人民币5.83亿元;按公允值计入损益的金融资产的公允值大幅增加超过约人民币7.39亿元;本年度集团若干金融资产的减值拨回净额约人民币7500万元，而上年度则为减值亏损净额约人民币2800万元;及本年度融资成本以及行政及其他经营开支减少约人民币1.41亿元。
