董事会认为，亏损乃主要归因于冷冻仓库及相关服务业务的收入下降约 21.8%;中国内地食品及饮料贸易及销售业务的收入减少约 42.6%，而上述收入减少乃主要由于宏观经济环境充满挑战，从而削弱了对集团产品及服务的需求;及并无2023年出售一间附属公司而取得的一次性收益。
