智通财经APP获悉，近日，原摩根大通证券(中国)总经理余学勤(Hock Ken Gregory Yu)已正式加盟港交所(00388)，出任董事总经理及市场主管，负责领导港交所市场科，推动港交所股票、衍生产品、固定收益及货币产品市场的发展。余学勤将向港交所CEO陈翊庭汇报，同时加入港交所管理委员会(目前管委会共12名成员)。
在加盟港交所之前，余学勤曾在摩根大通工作超过18年。公开履历显示，余学勤毕业于美国康奈尔大学，具有26年的资本市场经验。加入摩根大通之前，余学勤曾先后任职于所罗门美邦(纽约)、苏黎世资本市场(纽约)、法国巴黎银行(纽约、香港)。2006年余学勤加入摩根大通(香港)，曾担任亚太区结构产品设计及全球平台解决方案主管、亚太区机构销售及第三方分销主管等职务；2019年起加入摩根大通证券(中国)，先后担任首席运营总监、证券部主管、总经理等职务。
港交所集团行政总裁陈翊庭也表示：“我非常欢迎余学勤加盟港交所。他拥有超过25年的资本市场和金融服务经验，职业生涯横跨美国、中国香港和内地多个市场。我们正在积极落实各项战略，不断提升港股市场的深度和吸引力。”
