年内钢结构业务收益增加8280万澳门元或8.0%，乃主要由于销售量增加及螺纹钢筋平均价格下降所致。年内，集团交付约211,592吨(2023财年：181,432吨)钢铁材料，包括螺纹钢筋、钢板桩及镀锌板，并为集团收益贡献11.13亿澳门元(2023财年：10.3亿澳门元)。
建设业务收益减少7290万澳门元或15.7%，乃主要由于建设与装修工程所得收益下降8830万澳门元或38.2%，以及机电工程服务工程所得收益下降3420万澳门元或40.3%。年内，娱乐场博彩及综合度假村营运商开展的大型建设项目数量下降。随着年内取得新增维修合约，经常性收益增加，而设施管理服务所得收益亦上升4470万澳门元或32.4%。
