3月28日金融一线消息，新华保险今日召开2024年度业绩发布会，总裁龚兴峰表示，要坚持稳中求进的主基调。对于新华公司而言，涉及到14万营销队伍，还有很多银行渠道，所以必须确保在整个转型的过程之中不出大的偏差。

　　“我们在业务节奏的把握上还是非常谨慎的。小步慢走，小步快走，在不同的渠道体现不同的特色。”龚兴峰表示，“在个险渠道走得慢一点，我们需要让队伍让客户更加熟悉这样产品类别。在银行渠道小步快走一点，根据银行网点银行客户的需要，尽快的部署我们的产品，部署我们的业务。”
