智通财经APP讯，永达汽车(03669)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度业绩，该集团期内取得收入634.2亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少14.6%;公司拥有人应占净利润2.01亿元，同比减少64.9%;每股基本盈利0.11元;拟派发末期股息每股0.069元。
公告称，受年内新车销售及相关服务毛利下降及集团确认非现金商誉减值4045万元的影响，2024年集团的净利润及本公司拥有人应占净利润分别为1.65亿元和2.01亿元，较2023年同期分别减少4.20亿元及3.72亿元，下降71.8%及64.9% 。
2024年新车销量171236辆，同比下降11.7% 。全年新车销售及相关服务收入为494.55亿元、同比下降16.0% 。2024年下半年新车销售及相关服务毛利率为1.83% ，环比2024年上半年提升0.19个百分点。去年集团的独立新能源品牌的新车销量占总体销量已经超过10% ，且新车毛利率大幅好于传统油车品牌。
