智通财经APP获悉，为美国中小企业提供商业超额和盈余类保险的Ategrity Specialty Insurance周一向美国证券交易委员会(SEC)提交了首次公开募股(IPO)申请，拟筹资至多1亿美元。该公司计划在纽交所上市，股票代码为“ASIC”。
据悉，Ategrity Specialty Insurance成立于2018年，是一家专注于盈余险种市场的专业财产和意外伤害保险公司。截至2024年12月31日，该公司拥有460个分销合作伙伴网络，提供更多的交易机会和多样化的业务来源。该公司目前专注于房地产，酒店，建筑和零售垂直领域。数据显示，该公司截至2024年12月31日的12个月收入为3.44亿美元。
