智通财经APP讯，佰金生命科学(01466)发布公告，大华马施云会计师事务所有限公司(“大华马施云”)已辞任公司核数师，自2025年3月28日起生效，原因为董事会未能就截至2025年3月31日止财政期间进行审核的审核费用与大华马施云达成共识。
经审核委员会的推荐建议，董事会决议委任天职香港会计师事务所有限公司(“天职”)为公司新任核数师，以填补大华马施云辞任后的临时空缺，自2025年3月28日起生效，任期直至公司下届股东周年大会结束为止。
