据内媒引述参会投资者转述碧桂园服务(06098.HK) 管理层在会上表示，碧桂园服务关联方风险有效控制，独立性继续加强。关联方及风险客商新增收入带来的未来新增应收账款风险，可说是基本出清。目前关联交易发生额占收入的总比例下降至仅0.9%，来自第三方的业务占比接近99%。
管理层认为，在市场化拓展上基本做到时间和进度保持同步。截至2025年3月，拓展目标大概能实现2025全年既定目标的25%。截止2月份已新进场超过100个物业管理项目。
管理层还表示，去年公司酒类业务“1到N”的试点深化获得成功。在六个试点地区内，该业务营业收入1.9亿元人民币，按年增长超过88%，发展3,800位社区合伙人，回购率达到近50%。今年将进一步继续深化并扩展到更多区域。(ta/j)
