　　3月27日晚间，中信建投证券发布2024年年报，全年实现营业收入211.29亿元，同比下滑9.10%；归母净利润72.23亿元，同比增长2.68%，在行业波动中实现净利润增速回正。

　　年报显示，投行业务成为业绩主要拖累项，收入同比锐减48.14%。但经纪业务表现出色，证券经纪新开发客户量激增62.73%，高净值客户规模创五年新高，显示零售端服务能力提升。值得注意的是，第四季度单季业绩显著回暖，对全年净利润转正起到关键支撑作用。

　　年报数据显示，截至2024年末，中信建投员工总数降至13045人，较2023年的13901人减少856人，同比收缩6.2%。据Wind数据统计，2024年中信建投员工人均应付薪酬约为46.41万元，较2023年的56.45万元下降约10.04万元，降幅超17%。

　　2024年全体董事、监事及高级管理人员实际报酬合计2014.68万元，较2023年的4701.92万元骤降57%。例如，原董事长王常青2024年薪酬为183.74万元，同比减少48%。2024年整体高管薪酬体系趋于收紧，2024年共有14名高管薪酬超100万元，其中执行委员蒋月勤以135.74万元居首。
