智通财经APP讯，海尔智家(06690)发布公告，为满足空调器公司研发、实验及办公的需要，2025年3月27日，本公司附属公司空调器公司与海尔集团订立资产转让协议，空调器公司同意收购而海尔集团同意出售标的资产，空调器公司就收购标的资产支付的价款为人民币2.67亿元(不含税)。
标的资产为位于中国山东省青岛市崂山区海尔路1号的海尔白电研发中心不动产，共用土地建筑面积为2.67万平方米，房屋建筑面积为6.13万平方米。标的资产用途为研发、实验及办公。
本次交易后，本公司可以基于未来研发需求，更灵活地安排研发及实验布局，提升研发人员的工作效率。相比长期租赁，购买标的资产可以在长期使用中节省租金支出，同时避免因租赁合同到期或租金上涨带来的不确定性。
