公告称，净溢利增加主要归因于其商品贸易下的精矿业务盈利能力提高;尽管受到地缘政治紧张局势和红海危机的经济干扰，货运物流因海运运费上升而达成更好的利润率;一间在美国参与房地产投资的有限合伙企业，其非上市股权投资的公允价值亏损，按公允价值计入损益计量及记录于上一财政年度，2024财政年度并未记录此类公允价值亏损。
