智通财经APP获悉，3月28日，中国证监会发布《关于Eternal Beauty Holdings Limited（颖通控股有限公司）境外发行上市备案通知书》。颖通控股拟发行不超过348,750,000股境外上市普通股并在香港联合交易所上市。
据招股书披露，按2023年零售额计，颖通控股是中国(包括香港及澳门)最大的香水品牌管理公司。公司拥有多元化的品牌组合，不仅包括香水，还包括彩妆、护肤品、个人护理产品、眼镜及家居香氛。
根据弗若斯特沙利文的资料，按2023年零售额计，公司是中国(包括香港及澳门)第三大香水集团。按2023年零售额计，也是中国内地市场以及中国(包括香港及澳门)市场的五大香水集团当中唯一的香水品牌管理公司。截至2024年9月30日，公司产品于超过100个自身经营的线下POS及超过7,500个由零售商客户经营的POS出售。
