报告期内，集团累计实现合同销售金额约14.40亿元，合同销售面积16.75万平方米。其中住宅合同销售金额约为13.95亿元，合同销售面积为16.07万平方米，分别占集团2024年房地产合同销售总金额和总面积的约96.9%和95.9%;城市综合体合同销售金额约为4500万元，合同销售面积为6856平方米，分别占集团2024年房地产合同销售总金额和总面积的约3.1%和4.1%。
于2024年12月31日，扣除已出售项目后，集团在建及待建项目土地储备总建筑面积约727.94万平方米。
