公告称，于本期间，约2260万港元的收入主要来自销售一些物业单位，而去年同期的收入则约为2430万港元。于本期间，房地产业务为集团按收入计业务分部，占集团总收入约39.6%。然而，房地产业务的收入保持稳定。
