智通财经APP讯，中信金融资产(02799)发布公告，公司于近日收到《国家金融监督管理总局关于杨毅中国中信金融资产管理股份有限公司副总裁任职资格的批复》(金复[2025]186号)，杨毅担任公司副总裁的任职资格已获得核准。根据相关规定及如公告所披露，杨毅履行公司副总裁职务的任期自2025年3月27日起，至董事会另聘或解聘为止。
另，公司董事会收到朱宁的辞职函。朱宁因担任公司独立非执行董事满六年(根据《银行保险机构公司治理准则》及《中国中信金融资产管理股份有限公司章程》的有关规定，独立非执行董事在公司任职时间累计不得超过六年)而辞去公司独立非执行董事;董事会提名和薪酬委员会主任;及董事会战略发展委员会及董事会关联交易委员会委员职务。
