智通财经APP讯，移卡(09923)发布公告，于2025年3月28日，公司根据受限制股份单位计划向合共583名受限制股份单位承授人授出合共719.46万个受限制股份单位。所授出受限制股份单位相当于本公告日期719.46万股相关股份及已发行股份(不包括库存股)约1.6%。于相关归属条件获达成后，受限制股份单位受托人将直接转让所有相关股份给受限制股份单位承授人，并不会因是次授出受限制股份单位而发行新股份。
是次授出受限制股份单位证明公司有意持续留任及激励主要雇员及为集团带来重大贡献的人士。董事会对集团的经营增长前景及财务状况充满信心。集团将持续巩固国内业务，同时发展海外业务及扩大生成式AI等前沿科技的应用。
