智通财经APP讯，豆盟科技(01917)发布截至2024年12月31日止年度的全年业绩，收益5844.6万元(人民币，下同)，同比减少22.4%;年内亏损705万元，同比收窄6.3%;每股基本亏损0.003元。
公告称，由于一方面，全球经济的不确定性增加，消费者的消费意愿整体低迷，行业竞争加剧，导致直播电商业务增长受到挑战。另一方面公司对开展的海外广告业务实施战略性收缩，导致集团总体收益总额有所下降。
于报告期内，受消费需求疲软、平台流量成本攀升及行业低价竞争加剧等外部环境影响，集团全年商品交易总额(GMV)约为1.8亿元，同比下降10%。尽管短期受压，通过“结构性优化与差异化能力建设”，集团战略性削减低毛利海外广告代理业务，聚焦直播电商与自有品牌高潜力板块，报告期内毛利率为28.6%(2023年：28.3%)。
在“健康中国2030”政策驱动与消费者养生意识觉醒的双重红利下，集团聚焦健康食品赛道，以“科学为本，生态赋能、技术驱动”为核心战略，实现自有品牌业务的新突破。2024年下半年自有品牌GMV突破600万元，客单价达50元，超行业平均水平32%，验证了健康消费升级的市场潜力。
