智通财经APP讯，中国软件国际(00354)公布2024年业绩，收入约169.51亿元，同比减少1%。集团拥有人应占溢利约5.13亿元，同比减少28.1%。经调整溢利约6.5亿元，同比增长3.8%。每股基本盈利20.01分，末期股息每股0.0533港元。
公告称，收入下降主要是受经济环境影响，2024年全年平均员工总数为72,526人，较去年同期平均员工 76,058人下降了4.6%。员工人数已于2024年二季度开始回升，2024年下半年收入环比上升13.9%。溢利减少主要是因为坏账拨备增加以及政府补助减少所致。
