智通财经APP讯，致丰工业电子(01710)发布公告，鉴于有关上市发行人购股权计划及股份奖励计划的上市规则修订已于2023年1月1日生效，董事会宣布计划终止公司现有购股权计划，该计划由当时股东于2017年10月27日以书面决议案有条件批准及采纳并采纳新的购股权计划以取代之。公司将于股东周年大会上向股东提呈普通决议案，以终止现有购股权计划及批准采纳新购股权计划。
