人民财讯3月27日电，3月27日晚，光大证券披露2024年年度报告。公司全年实现营业收入95.98亿元，同比下降4.32%；归属于母公司股东的净利润30.58亿元，同比下降28.39%，主要因为上年子公司光大资本签署执行和解协议，转回预计负债形成非经常性损益21.5亿元。公司2024年归属于母公司股东的扣除非经常性损益的净利润30.08亿元，扣除非经常性损益的净利润同比增长60.66%。
