智通财经APP讯,力图控股(01008)发布公告,于2025年3月24日(交易时段后),买方创金置业有限公司(公司全资附属公司)与卖方就收购该等物业订立临时协议,现金代价总额为3.88亿港元。于订立正式协议及达成其中所载的先决条件的前提下,预期收购事项将于2025年7月31日或之前完成。
据悉,该等物业合共占位于香港湾仔黄金地段的17层高商业大厦“金钟大厦”不分割份数约86.67%的面积。该等物业的总实用面积约为50169平方尺。
公告称,董事对香港物业市场的长期前景保持谨慎乐观,预测潜在的资本增值可能在长期内提升该等物业的价值。收购事项将使集团能够透过提供稳定的租金收入来加强其投资物业业务,并与其现有核心业务并行。公司目前并无任何缩减、终止或出售其任何核心业务的意向、谅解、磋商或安排(已达成或其他阶段)。
