消息面上，广深铁路股份公布年度财报，营业收入270.9亿人民币，同比增加3.4%；纯利10.6亿元，轻微增长0.2%。其中第四季度营收70.6亿元，归母净亏损1.49亿元，较去年转亏。

华泰证券指出，公司业绩低于预期，差异主要由于24年下半年客流增长转弱以及营业成本高于预期。公司拟派发2024年含税股息0.07元/股，分红比例达到47%，对应A/H股的股息率为2.3%、3.9%。考虑广州站和广州东站拟进行高铁站改造，公司位于车站周边的闲置土地有望升值，同时公司亦有望升级高铁客运产品，对其A股/H股维持“增持”/“买入”评级。
