消息面上，和铂医药将于3月31日举行董事会会议以审批全年业绩。公司此前发布盈喜，预计2024年盈利约730万元至2200万元。期内，公司的现金溢利达到人民币2.20亿元的历史新高。此外，公司表示，25年已于公开市场合共购回814.6万股股份，总值近3000万港元。此进展反映了公司对其业务前景及展望的信心，同时表明公司管理层认为当前估值与公司的内在价值脱节。
此外，3月21日，和铂医药宣布与阿斯利康达成战略合作。战略合作内容涵盖基于和铂医药HarbourMice全人源抗体技术平台在多治疗领域的多项目授权许可协议，以及阿斯利康对和铂医药的1.05亿美元股权投资。和铂上海将获得预付款、短期里程碑付款及额外项目的选项行使费用，总金额达1.75亿美元，以及最多44亿美元的额外开发和商业里程碑付款，还有净销售额的分级特许权使用费。
