智通财经APP讯，易生活控股(00223)发布公告，为使公司能够灵活地于合适机会出现时快速有效地筹集资金;及视乎当前市况及资金安排，把握机会提升每股股份之资产净值，董事会谨此宣布将召开公司股东特别大会，会上将向公司股东提呈普通决议案，借以考虑及酌情授予董事一般授权，以配发、发行及以其他方式处理于即将举行的股东特别大会日期已发行股份总数最多20%的额外股份;及行使公司权力购回于即将举行的股东特别大会日期已发行股份总数最多10%的股份。
由于林全智、黄子峰、梅以和、周昭何、曹家荣、陈乐燕及马健凌自2025年3月11日起被罢免董事职务及因此亦被罢免独立调查委员会成员职务，董事会谨此宣布，林秋城、王安心及胡国才已各自获委任为独立调查委员会成员。因此，独立调查委员会将由叁名成员(即全体独立非执行董事)组成。
于2025年3月13日，公司接获公司股东中国创新投资有限公司发出的通知，要求董事会根据章程细则第58条召开公司股东特别大会，以考虑及酌情通过下列决议案为公司普通决议案：动议罢免覃佳丽的董事职务，即时生效;动议罢免赵振中的董事职务，即时生效;及动议罢免郭伟的董事职务，即时生效。
