智通财经APP讯，先施(00244)发布公告，本集团预期将于2024年财政年度取得股东应占亏损净额3800万港元至4100万港元，而截至2023年12月31日止年度(2023年财政年度)则取得股东应占亏损净额约5050万港元。
于2024年财政年度，香港消费及零售市场持续疲弱，对本集团百货业务的业绩造成不利影响。本集团于2024年财政年度取得毛利减少至约7000万港元(2023年财政年度：约8390万港元)。毛利减少的影响获出售物业而取得收益约 3060万港元(2023年财政年度：无)及财务成本减少约400万港元至约 2300万港元所抵销。然而，鉴于Win Dynamic Limited(Win Dynamic)的未决诉讼(HCA 716/2021)及聆讯程序及时间延长，于2024年财政年度取得修改应收Win Dynamic送赠的亏损约1800万港元。整体而言，本集团于2024年财政年度的股东应占亏损较2023年财政年度有所改善。
