格隆汇3月27日｜贝壳(BEKE.US)盘前涨3.53%，报21.42美元。消息面上，长沙市雨花区鼓风机厂地块挂牌出让，该地块出让面积48272平方米，起拍价6.658亿元。最终，招商蛇口与贝好家联合体以6.658亿元的底价竞得该地块，成交楼面价5305元/平方米。贝好家方面介绍，招商蛇口与贝好家将采取股权合作模式联合开发该地块。这也是贝好家首次进入长沙拿地，此前贝好家已在上海、杭州、成都以及西安成功拿地。(格隆汇)
