天津泰达津联自来水有限公司及其附属公司主要于天津开发区从事供应自来水。此外，其亦从事水管安装及维修、技术顾问服务，水管及相关部件的零售及批发以及提供水质检测服务。自来水公司每日供水能力约为32.5万吨。
天津泰达津联热电有限公司主要于天津开发区内为工商及住宅用户供应蒸汽及暖气。热电公司在天津开发区拥有约549公里之管道及逾120个处理站。日输送能力约为3万吨蒸汽。
于2024年12月31日，集团持有天津泰达电力有限公司之47.09%股权。泰达电力主要于天津开发区经营供电服务，亦提供建设供电网相关服务、新能源及可再生能源相关技术应用、电力建设及相关技术服务以及能源储存技术服务。目前，泰达电力之装机输电能力约为996,000千伏安。
