智通财经APP讯，蜜雪集团(02097)发布公告，本公司宣布整体协调人(为彼等本身及代表国际包销商)已于2025年3月28日(星期五)悉数行使招股章程所述的超额配股权，涉及合共255.89万股H股(超额配发股份)，占全球发售初步可供认购发售股份总数(行使超额配股权前)的约 15%。
超额配发股份将由本公司按每股H股202.50港元发行及配发。超额配发股份将用于补足国际发售的超额分配。
本公司宣布，全球发售的稳定价格期间于2025年3月28日(星期五)(即提交香港公开发售申请的截止日期后第30日)结束。稳市商Merrill Lynch (Asia Pacific) Limited或其联属人士或任何代其行事的人士在稳定价格期间进行的稳定价格行动列载如下：
在国际发售中超额分配合共255.89万股H股，占全球发售初步可供认购发售股份总数(行使超额配股权前)的约15%;及
整体协调人(为彼等本身及代表国际包销商)于2025年3月28日(星期五)按每股H股202.50港元就合共255.89万股H股悉数行使超额配股权，以补足国际发售的超额分配。
