智通财经APP讯，友芝友生物-B(02496)发布公告，公司已完成第二届董事会的公司董事候选人提名工作。董事会已决议提名Zhou Pengfei博士及温植成先生(将由非执行董事调任为执行董事)为第二届董事会执行董事候选人;袁谦博士、周宏峰博士、庞振海先生、惠希武博士及谢守武先生为第二届董事会非执行董事候选人;以及程斌博士、付黎黎女士、邓跃臻博士及陈斌博士为第二届董事会独立非执行董事候选人。所有董事候选人均为现任董事。
因彼之任期届满，梁倩女士将退任非执行董事职务，自股东根据公司章程的规定于股东大会上批准组成新一届董事会生效。
公司已完成第二届监事会的公司监事候选人提名工作。监事会已决议提名王军明先生、刘芳女士及纪昌涛先生为第二届监事会股东代表监事候选人。除王军明先生外，所有监事候选人均为现任监事。
孙聚民先生将因其监事任期届满而于股东周年大会结束后退任。
