于2025年 3月 25日下午四时正，要约方已进一步根据要约接获合共928.265万股要约股份的有效接纳(相当于本联合公布日期公司全部已发行股本约0.64%)。
紧随要约截止后，待接纳股份完成转让后，要约方及其一致行动人士拥有合共约7.31亿股股份的权益(相当于本联合公布日期公司全部已发行股本约50.81%)，公众持股量为约约39.84%。
