格隆汇3月27日｜据一财，在注册批文方面，今年以来，IPO批文发放节奏出现提速迹象。多家企业从提交注册到获得IPO批文，用时仅十余天。记者据交易所网站统计，年内拿到注册批文的拟IPO企业中，有3家用时不足10天，为广东太力科技集团股份有限公司、苏州众捷汽车零部件股份有限公司、浙江信凯科技集团股份有限公司。北交所业内人士崔彦军对记者表示：“北交所IPO目前已恢复审核，上会将成为常态。”他预计，今年下半年，北交所IPO将明显提速。也有分析认为，IPO是否提速，需考虑二级市场表现。“市场刚恢复并没有完全稳住，A股如果稳定在3500点以上，(IPO)才会加快节奏。”资深投行人士王骥跃称。
