智通财经APP讯，红星美凯龙(01528)公布2024年业绩，收入约78.21亿元，同比减少32.08%;公司拥有人应占亏损34.92亿元，同比扩大44.74%;每股亏损0.8元。
报告期内，自营商场的租金及相关收入下降21.0%，主要是受相关产业发展波动影响，商场和商户的经营情况均受到影响，商场的出租率和租金出现阶段性下滑。同时，为支持商户，公司稳商留商优惠增加。报告期内，委管商场相关收入下降28.1%，主要是委管商场数量减少，以及委管项目履约进度延缓所致。此外，建筑装饰服务收入和其他收入较2023年也有不同幅度下降。
截至报告期末，公司经营77家自营商场，平均出租率为83.0%，257家不同管理深度的委管商场，平均出租率为82.5%，通过战略合作经营7家家居商场，此外，公司以特许经营方式授权33家特许经营家居建材项目，共包括 405家家居建材店╱产业街。覆盖全国30个省、直辖市、自治区的202个城市，总经营面积20,325,659平方米。
