南方财经3月26日电，天眼查App显示，近日，中国中铁（601390）发生工商变更，陈云卸任法定代表人、董事长，由陈文健接任，同时多位高管发生变更。中国中铁股份有限公司成立于2007年9月，注册资本约245.7亿人民币，经营范围包括土木工程建筑和线路、管道、设备安装的总承包等，由中国铁路工程集团有限公司、香港中央结算（代理人）有限公司、国新发展投资管理有限公司等共同持股。据媒体报道，该公司此前发布公告称，公司同意因职务调整解聘陈文健的公司总裁职务，选举陈文健为公司董事长，任期自董事会通过之日起至公司第六届董事会届满之日止。
