智通财经APP获悉，滨江服务(03316)绩后涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.13%，报26.45港元，成交额1302.13万港元。
消息面上，滨江服务发布年度业绩，全年实现收入35.95亿元人民币，同比增加28.0%；公司权益股东应占年内利润5.47亿元人民币，同比增加11.0%；每股基本盈利人民币1.98元。董事会建议派发2024年末期股息为每股0.876港元，全年派息比率约为70%。
中信建投此前指出，滨江服务是深耕杭州的高品质物业服务商，具备业绩稳健增长、派息比例长期较高的特征。背靠杭州房企龙头滨江集团，同时积极发力外拓，公司物管规模持续稳步上升。公司长期深耕高品质物管市场，物管费大幅高于市场均值。2023 年以来，公司开拓5S增值服务中的硬装业务，成为新的业绩增长点。看好公司深耕杭州市场及高品质服务所带来的成长性。
