公告称，年内，集团再创销售新高。这一年，集团仍然取得了卓越的业绩，体现了集团核心业务的实力和产品的强劲需求。集团的业绩在中国香港政府积极的住房政策的推动下得以受惠。此外，年内没预料的急订单流向公司也增加了公司的销售。这需求的激增不仅反映了客户对公司的信任，也反映了公司快速有效地回应他们的需求的能力。利息收入的稳定流入也支撑了整体绩效。
