泛海集团(00129)发展的元朗洪水桥汇都I,周二(25日)上载价单7号,悉数尽推余下59伙,当中21伙属于特色户,整批折实平均呎价约11,316元,较上一张价单高约5.7%。该批单位安排于周六(29日)起以先到先得形式发售。

据价单7号,单位户型涵盖一房至三房间隔,实用面积由321至522方呎,包含2伙连平台特色户,2伙地下连花园户,及17伙顶层连天台户,折实价介乎381.24万至672.37万元,折实呎价约9,588至12,945元。售价最低单位为3座12楼A05室,实用面积339方呎,连272方呎天台,折实呎价约11,246元。

集团执行董事关堡林表示,两期项目至今已累售899伙。该盘预计关键日期为本年6月30日,料下半年可落成交付,楼花期短,无论单位用作自住或收租均更有预算。近日市场气氛向好,银行取态积极,而这批单位压轴推出且价格吸引,相信极为抢手,料将成为买家抢购对象。
