智通财经APP讯，正道集团(01188)发布公告，本公司可能会延迟刊发截至2024年12月31日止年度的年度业绩(2024年年度业绩)，鉴于近期财务部门及管理层人员变动，本公司仍在按其核数师要求从其附属公司收集及整理必要的资料及文件以完成审核程序，因此本公司需要额外的时间编制2024年年度业绩。本公司正与其附属公司及核数师密切合作，提供所有必要资料及文件，以尽快完成审核程序。
根据上市规则第13.49(1)条，本公司须不迟于财政年度结束后三个月(即2025年3月31日或之前)刊发2024年年度业绩。鉴于上述情况，预计本公司将无法按上市规则的要求于2025年3月31日或之前刊发2024年年度业绩。
根据上市规则第13.50条，倘发行人未能根据上市规则刊发定期财务资料，联交所通常会要求暂停买卖发行人的证券，而在发行人刊发载有所需财务资料的公告前，有关暂停买卖要求通常会持续生效。倘本公司未能于2025年3月31日或之前刊发2024年年度业绩，预期本公司股份将自2025年4月1日上午九时正起于联交所暂停买卖，直至本公司刊发2024年年度业绩公告为止。
