Janus Henderson Extends Exchange Offer for 5.45% Senior Notes Due 2034

Janus Henderson (JHG) said Wednesday its Janus Henderson US unit has extended its offer to holders of its $400 million aggregate principal amount of 5.45% senior notes due 2034, to exchange the notes for a like principal amount of new notes.

The offer will now expire Wednesday at 5 pm ET, the company said, adding it had been slated to expire Tuesday at the same time.

As of 5 pm ET Tuesday, about 99.6% of the notes had been tendered, the company said.
