智通财经APP讯，中国金融投资管理(00605)公布2024年业绩，利息及融资咨询服务收入约1.02亿港元，同比减少22.7%。公司拥有人应占年内溢利4123.2万港元，同比扭亏为盈;每股基本盈利0.2港元。
公告称，收入减少乃主要由于经济环境不明朗导致收入减少; 集团在更严格的信贷控制下进行其贷款业务;及使用更多现金偿还借贷及应付贷款，而非在中国内地及香港发放新贷款。
转亏为盈乃主要由于完成与若干投资者╱贷款人结算未经授权贷款及未经授权担保，导致应付贷款及利息及自贷款担保合约产生的负债的拨回金额分别约1.69亿港元及108.7万港元;尽管收入减少约22.7%，惟本财政年度的利息及手续费减少56.4%，故利息收入及服务收入净额有所增加;及由于2024年中国房地产市场出现逐步复苏迹象，故应收贷款的减值亏损减少。
