智通财经APP讯，满地科技股份(01400)发布公告，集团预期于截至2024年12月31日止年度取得亏损净额介于约人民币9500万元至1亿元，较截至2023年12月31日止年度的亏损净额约人民币8.163亿元有所减少。
董事会认为亏损净额预期减少乃主要归因于以下因素的净影响：(i)集团于截至2023年12月31日止年度根据相关会计准则发行计划股份而确认一项亏损约人民币7.562亿元。有关亏损属一次性非现金性质，并对2023年12月31日的合并财务状况中的权益净亏绌金额并无任何影响;(ii)已于截至2024年12月31日止年度确认撇销物业、厂房及设备的亏损人民币1110万元，以及出售物业、厂房及设备及使用权资产的亏损约人民币2050万元。
